Four days, 450 exhibitors: winemakers, producers and artisans. The 38th autumn SAVIM takes place at Parc Chanot from 20 to 23 November 2026, in Hall 3 (Palais Phocéen), over 14,000 m². It is a food and wine fair where you meet the people who make the products first-hand.
What awaits you
Producers are selected for the quality of their products. The fair focuses on French producers, with a significant share of Italian producers, often family businesses. At the autumn edition, more than 100 producers are organic or biodynamic, and around fifty hold the HVE label. The stands are run by the winemakers, producers and artisans themselves.

A fair running since 1989
Created in 1989, the SAVIM welcomes in November delicatessen owners, wine merchants, restaurateurs, hoteliers and food critics from all over France, alongside the general public. According to the organisers, it counted 116,000 visitors in 2025 (34,000 in spring and 82,000 in autumn). The spring edition, the 25th, will take place from 26 to 29 March 2027 at Parc Chanot, with 230 producers over 5,000 m².
Getting to Parc Chanot by taxi
Carrying cartons of bottles home on the metro is not ideal. If you are coming from Aix, Toulon, La Ciotat or elsewhere in the region, MR Taxi drops you off and comes to pick you up with your purchases. If the place is hard to reach, I will give you an easily accessible meeting point.
It is advisable to book at least 24 hours ahead, but even at the last minute I adapt and find a solution. Estimate your trip on the Private transport page or contact us to book.
